  1. I believe that avoiding refined foods would be the first step to help lose weight. They will taste excellent, but highly processed foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you eat more to have enough energy to get with the day. If you’re constantly feeding on these foods, transferring to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more vitality while feeding on less. Interesting blog post.
