The power of alienating real property is probably not suspended for more than two lives in being and twenty-one years thereafter, except when granted to (a) a literary or charitable corporation organized underneath the legal guidelines of Wisconsin for its sole use and profit; (b) a cemetery company, affiliation, or society, or when granted (c) as a contingent remainder in fee on certain situations; but there is no statute against perpetuities in private property.
