  1. The fundamental difference is that the former are companies that are already listed and one or more shareholders want to get rid of their shares and sell them, the IPO corresponds to companies that have not previously quoted in any market.

  2. But as the prices increase it means the raw materials cost has also increased and the consumer ends up paying more money for less quantity comparing earlier times to the price rise, which is not a good sign and this might lead to money fall.
